Finding calmer waters
Part 2 - Lighthouse Seventeen
What I’ve learned throughout my career in IT, wasn't really about technology. It was about how businesses actually function when the pressure is on: what breaks down, what holds things together, and how much smoother everything runs when there's real structure and a great team.
I see the same patterns everywhere now. Growing businesses spend so much energy firefighting. Decisions get made in the moment because there's no time to make them any other way. Owners end up buried in the details of their own business, unable to step back and see it clearly.
Lighthouse Seventeen can help.
I work with business owners and teams who are ready to move away from reactive, day-to-day firefighting and toward clearer, more dependable ways of working. That might mean untangling processes that have grown messy. Or building strong operational foundations - I want to help you scale your business without chaos. Sometimes, it’s simply giving an owner the headspace to think beyond the next fire.
I am passionate about processes but only when they are necessary and as easy as possible. I am not interested in perpetuating corporate noise. My approach is practical and collaborativ. I want to understand how you actually work, simplify what's overcomplicated, and build something that holds up under real pressure.
If any of that sounds familiar, I'd love to talk.
